Welcome to the NDA customer portal. From here, you can access work orders from previous visits, create new service requests, and perform knowledge base searches on previous work performed.

use this link To search for a work order, check both the Open and Closed checkboxes, type in a ticket number, and press search.
To print / view a work order and associated time entries click on the Blue (subject of the ticket) hyperlink to open the ticket, then press the Sign Off button on the upper left. This will open up a window and display the Work Order form you are used to seeing included with your invoices.
To change your password, login to the client portal and select the My Account link in the upper right hand corner. Then click on the Change Password push button, enter in your new credentials, then press Save and Close. Your new password will take effect when upon logout/login.
